Best FLAC Encoder Converter for Audio CDs & DVDs

I am planning to take backup of all my CD’s to FLAC. What would be the best process, which is best application I should prefer for this purpose? 

I will be really thankful if anybody can provide me with the best and fastest FLAC converting process and the application for achieving the same. 

Also, if at the same time as doing the FLAC I can get concurrent mp3 copies or if I can do mp3 conversions on the fly easily later that would be great.

FLAC represents Free Lossless Audio codec, audio format similar to MP3, but lossless, meaning that audio compression in FLAC without any quality loss. This is similar to how Zip works, except you will get much better compression FLAC because it is specifically for the audio features, and you can play back compressed FLAC files as you would your favorite MP3 file.

Either you can use EAC or dbpoweramp coverter software because these are the only secure rippers for windows operating system. I am personally using eac because dbpoweramp does not support cue sheets. If you do flac and cue, you get all the correct gaps etc.
